The 2023 Eastern Panhandle Girl Empowerment Conference is a free event featuring a day of fun empowerment activities for middle school and high school girls in the Eastern Panhandle and surrounding areas.
The 2023 Girl Empowerment Conference will include various sessions throughout the day including mental health, self-esteem building, and much more! This day of youth empowerment will feature fun activities and workshops that have been put together by our community to help lead girls to brighter future.

Stars That Shine is a nonprofit organization that focuses on empowering girls from middle school to college. Stars That Shine provides girls in West Virginia with access to free feminine hygiene essentials, health education, tutoring, Summer camps, empowerment workshops, scholarships, and more! The Eastern Panhandle 2023 Girl Empowerment Conference will be hosted by Stars That Shine WV Blue Ridge Community and Technical College on June 3rd, 2023 from 9am to 4pm.
