Stars That Shine is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization serving our community with youth prevention and empowerment  programs for girls in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Our non-profit is dedicated to the empowerment, education, support, and advocacy of girls from middle school to college. Stars That Shine also extends our services to cater to the needs of "at-risk" youth among girls in the region.

Our mission is to offer support to girls through empowerment programs, education services, peer-support groups, mentorship, internships, scholarships, and innovative programs that encourage personal growth.
