After School Programs in Berkeley County, West Virginia.

Studies show that almost 50% of middle school girls struggle with low self-esteem. This is due to absentee and negative minded parents, bullying, social media, and poor academic performance. The biggest question that needs answered is how can these girls be helped and directed?

Stars That Shine is a non-profit organization located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia that is here for middle and high school girls! Our main goal is to empower girls with our programs and services that will lead them into a bright future.
